Job Description

    Greeting for the day.!We are having an urgent openings for the position of BDM.Location: Surat> Must be Graduate> Communication skill- Fluent in both English and HindiProfiles-Business Development Manager (Field work)Contract period-11 months3rd Party Payroll.6 days workingPayrolling company-ClientPro ServicesResponsibilities:-1. Pitching/Educate to Meesho Suppliers and onboarding them on Ads program quickly and effectively2. Developing an in-depth understanding of the business and signing up the right set of Suppliers3. Using sales and negotiation strategies to get maximum ads revenue from suppliers while onboarding them4. Visit suppliers on a daily basis to achieve targets5. Weekly revenue targets from existing sellers assigned6. Retention targets (Seller retention) Reducing churn, handling seller portfolios7. Upselling Increasing Ad revenue on the platform (Month on Month)Key Requirements:-Following are the requirements for an ideal candidate:1.Fresher candidates are preferred.2.Candidates should know basic English & fluent in Hindi.3.Basic Excel skills4.Know how to use the Mobile Phone.5.Basic mathematical knowledge like, aware about numbers & calculations. Salary offering: Annually CTC - 3.5 LPA(Fixed)Monthly CTC-29057 MonthlyNTH apart from the allowance-24957Laptop allowance - 1500/per monthTravel allowance - 2600/per monthRetention Bonus post completion of 11 months - 50k
