Lead the design team in conceptualising and creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing jewellery designs, with a primary focus on lab-grown diamonds.
While adding your inspiration in creating your designs or collections, also create your own value-adding designs for the collection.
Conduct market research to identify global jewellery trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Develop and implement design strategies that align with the companys brand vision and market positioning.
Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product launches and campaigns.
Oversee the entire design process from initial concept to final product, ensuring high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Mentor and provide creative guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budgets.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in lab-grown diamond technology and incorporate innovative techniques into the design process.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and design competitions, showcasing our unique collections.

Bachelors degree in Jewellery Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in jewellery design, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Have experience in managing & leading a design team of 5-10 people in previous experience
Proven expertise in designing with lab-grown diamonds and a deep understanding of their unique properties and market potential.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and commercially successful jewellery designs.
Exceptional creativity, artistic skills, and attention to detail.
Solid understanding of global jewellery trends and consumer preferences.
Proficient in hand sketching, illustration, and CAD software for jewellery design.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
Passion for sustainability and ethical practices in the jewelleryindustry
