Job Description

As a Customer Care Associate at Shoppers Stop Limited in Surat, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with product selection, and contribute to achieving sales goals. By greeting and engaging customers, offering personalized styling advice, and processing transactions accurately, you will play a key role in promoting brand loyalty and ensuring an excellent in-store experience. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand products, promotions, and trends, as well as keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing. Stock replenishment, inventory management, merchandising, and meeting individual and store sales targets are also part of your key responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:- Greet and engage customers, offering assistance with product selection.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand products, promotions, and trends.- Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations.- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and merchandising.- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.Qualifications:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Passion for fashion and knowledge of current apparel trends.- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.Please note that this is not a work from home job and cannot be done online.
