Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, update, and manage large volumes of data from various sources into the companys systems, ensuring proper categorization and organization of information.
    • Advanced Excel Functions: Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, advanced charting, etc.) to process, analyze, and present data.
    • Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop complex reports, summaries, and dashboards from raw data, extracting insights and presenting them in a clear and visually appealing manner using Excel.
    • Data Cleansing & Validation: Identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies in the data to maintain high-quality data accuracy. Ensure data integrity through thorough verification and validation.
    • Automated Data Processes: Develop and implement automated Excel processes and macros to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
    • Database Management: Organize and maintain large databases or spreadsheets, ensuring that all data is current, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
