Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    • On-Site Technical Support:Provide troubleshooting for desktop, laptop, printer devices at client or office locations.
    • Installation & Deployment:Perform OS installations, patch management, software upgrades, and new hardware setups.
    • Networking & Connectivity:Diagnose LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity issues.
    • Ticket Management:Use ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) to document issues, track resolution, and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Asset & Vendor Management:Maintain inventories of IT assets, including tracking and tagging equipment.
    Required Skills and Qualifications
    • Technical Knowledge:Proficiency in Windows OS 11, MS Office 365, and Active Directory user management.
    • Hardware Expertise:Hands-on experience with troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
    • Education/Experience:Usually requires a degree in IT, with 12 years of experience in desktop support.
    • Communication:Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients and employees.
    • Mobility:Ability to travel to different sites (if applicable).
