Job Description

    HR ExecutiveLocation: Saroli, SuratSalary: Up to 35k per monthWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Executive to join our team in Saroli, Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various human resources functions to support our growing organization. The HR Executive will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and effective HR operations, employee engagement, and recruitment processes.Key Responsibilities:
    • Recruitment & Onboarding:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Co-ordination:Act as a liaison between various departments and employees, ensuring that communication is clear and efficient. Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and other HR-related activities to maintain smooth organizational operations.
    • Employee Engagement:Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Organize team-building activities, celebrations, and other events to keep employees motivated and connected.
    • HR Administration:Handle HR documentation and maintain employee records. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Assist with payroll processing, attendance management, and leave records.
    • Other HR-related Activities:Assist in performance management, employee grievance handling, training and development programs, and other HR functions as required to support overall employee satisfaction and organizational growth.
    Key Skills & Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in HR functions, especially in recruitment and employee engagement
    • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
    • A proactive attitude and a strong understanding of HR best practices
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
