Job Description

    Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding and employee lifecycle management.Coordinate recruitment, employee engagement, and HR documentation.Maintain HRMS records and ensure statutory compliance.Support payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee queries.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes.Key Requirements:3 to 5 years of HR Generalist/HR Operations experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good knowledge of HRMS, MS Excel, and HR processes.Strong coordination, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Willing to work from Surat.
