Job Description

    Hi,Greetings of the Day!Job Overview: The MIS Executive cum Data Entry Operator will be responsible for collecting, maintaining, and presenting production and stock data. This role ensures accurate data entry, compliance with data reporting requirements, and efficient coordination with the production and inventory teams to ensure timely updates. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who can manage data integrity, stock audits, and support organizational objectives through effective reporting, inventory management, and follow-ups.Key Responsibilities: Data Entry and Management: Enter production data received from machine operators through job cards into the system. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the companys database. Ensure data consistency and resolve any discrepancies in coordination with the production team. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and maintain accuracy in the MIS reports.Production Data Monitoring: Follow up with the production team to ensure timely submission of data. Verify data provided by the production team for accuracy and completeness.Stock and Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Monitor and balance stock inventory to avoid shortages or overstock situations. Manage inward and outward material transactions with proper documentation. Inform seniors promptly if discrepancies are identified in stock records.Reporting: Prepare and present production and stock data to the company promoters in a structured format. Generate periodic MIS reports on production performance, inventory levels, and data trends. Develop dashboards to visualize key production and inventory metrics.Attendance Management: Maintain attendance records for all team members. Generate attendance reports and ensure compliance with company policies.Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between machine operators, Stores, Masters, and company promoters to ensure seamless data flow. Communicate effectively with the production and inventory teams to address and resolve data-related issues.
