Job Description

Manage every aspect related to Patients right from the Patients entry into the Clinic, to their exit.
Interact with & Counsel Patients.
Handle Patients grievances/Complaints/Issues, and escalate it through the right channel, whenever needed.
Create, Maintain & Update Patients Database on a regular basis.
Efficient Management of Front Desk.
Multitask to ensure smooth Clinic Functioning.
Handle inbound calls and taking messages, fixing appointments, transferring calls to concerned person.
Responsible for Feedback, Review and Reference Collection.
Responsible for Bill making.
Maintain the desired hygiene & cleanliness standards of the clinic, and ensure the overall upkeep the clinic.
