Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager for our Apparel Retail/Boutique located in the vibrant city of Surat. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Retail Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving sales, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience for our customers.Key Responsibilities
    • Manage and oversee all aspects of retail store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and drive sales.
    • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
    • Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Foster a positive and engaging store environment that encourages customer loyalty and repeat business.
    • Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to maintain high customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events that drive foot traffic to the store.
    • Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-maintained, adhering to brand standards.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the apparel or boutique sector.
    • Strong understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service principles.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to enhance store performance.
    • Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Flexibility to work during store hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
    This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of 3,50,000. The work schedule is during the day, and the work mode is on-site.
