Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager for our apparel store located in the vibrant city of Surat. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is eager to lead a team to success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail sales and store operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This position is open exclusively for female candidates.Key Responsibilities
    • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
    • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
    • Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
    • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
    • Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
    • Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
    • Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
    • Manage the store budget and control expenses to maximize profitability.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the apparel sector.
    • Skills: Strong knowledge of retail sales, store operations, and customer service.
    • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve sales goals.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • Flexibility: Ability to work day shifts and adapt to changing retail environments.
    This is a full-time position with an annual salary of 3,50,000. The work mode is on-site, and we are looking to fill this position immediately.
