They are seeking for a Self-motivated and result driven sales engineer, if you are ready to lead operations and drive strategic growth, we want to hear from you.Position Title: Sales Engineer Reports to: Sales ManagerLocation: SuratEmployment Type: Full-timePosition Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise, with the ability to understand customer needs, provide technical solutions, and close sales in a competitive market. This role will focus on selling our products and solutions while providing exceptional service to our clients in industries such as manufacturing, engineering, or technology.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
      • Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calls, referrals, and industry events.
      • Conduct product presentations, demos, and discussions with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose technical solutions.
    2. Sales Process Management:
      • Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely and accurate proposals.
      • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
      • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies and customer requirements.
    3. Technical Expertise:
      • Provide in-depth technical knowledge of products, solutions, and services, and ensure that customers fully understand their value.
      • Act as a technical resource during the pre-sales process, helping to clarify technical specifications and address customer concerns.
      • Collaborate with the engineering or product development team to ensure the proposed solutions meet customer requirements.
    4. Product Knowledge & Solution Development:
      • Continuously update product knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
      • Assist customers in selecting the right products and solutions based on their specific needs, applications, and technical requirements.
      • Work closely with the marketing team to stay informed about new products, features, and updates.
    5. Sales Strategy & Planning:
      • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
      • Identify key market opportunities and new business areas to focus on for growth.
      • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, detailing progress against targets, and key market trends.
    6. Customer Support & After-Sales:
      • Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
      • Address post-sale technical issues or concerns, acting as the point of contact for product troubleshooting or additional support needs.
      • Collaborate with the customer service and support teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
    7. Market Research & Feedback:
      • Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
      • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product development and marketing teams to improve products or services.
    8. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
      • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation.
      • Coordinate with the logistics and delivery teams to ensure on-time product delivery and service execution.
    Qualifications:
    • Education:
      • Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics preferred
      • Additional qualifications in sales or business development would be an advantage.
    • Experience:
      • Proven experience (5-10 Years) as a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, or in a related role.
    • Skills:
      • Strong technical understanding of products and services offered.
      • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts in simple terms.
      • Strong sales skills, with a focus on lead generation, relationship building, and closing sales.
      • Knowledge of MS Office.
      • Problem-solving skills with the ability to tailor solutions to customer requirements.
