Job Description

    • Engage with leads generated by the Tele caller to understand their specific hardware needs and requirements.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to showcase the features and benefits of the companys hardware products.
    • Provide personalized product recommendations and solutions based on customer needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers to secure orders and maximize revenue.
    • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and contracts to customers, following company guidelines and procedures.
    • Follow up with leads and prospective customers to answer questions, address concerns, and overcome objections, ultimately closing sales.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, quotes, and orders, in the CRM system.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing customers.
    • Meet Architects and visit their sites to understand their requirements .
