Job Description

    Experience: 01 yearRoles:1. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 2. Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients through effective market research and lead generation. 3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business. 4. Product Knowledge: Understand and explain the features and benefits of our weighing scale products to clients. 5. Market Analysis: Conduct market surveys to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitors. 6. Reporting: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and update management on progress. 8. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like production, dispatch, and accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to analyse customer needs and offer tailored solutions. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. * Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
