Your primary responsibility will be to promote and secure both secured and unsecured loan products, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales representatives.Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for the team.Provide coaching, guidance, and motivation to maximize individual and team productivity.Sales Strategy:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and growth objectives.Identify market opportunities and emerging trends in the secured and unsecured loan industry.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.Product Knowledge:Stay well-informed about the latest secured and unsecured loan products and market dynamics.Train and educate the sales team on product features, benefits, and effective sales techniques.Performance Monitoring:Monitor and analyze sales data to evaluate team performance.Take corrective actions as necessary to ensure the attainment of sales goals.Customer Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and customers.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure that all sales activities adhere to relevant regulatory guidelines and Ambit Finvests policies.Oversee the completion of necessary documentation for loan applications and processing.Reporting:Generate regular sales reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
