Job Description

    Position -BDE - Business Development executiveExperience -6m - 2 yearSalary -15-25k/monthKey Responsibilities:
    • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through research, cold calling, networking, and market analysis.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
    • Track sales and business development performance and provide regular updates to management.
    • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities.
    • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote company services/products.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Basic understanding of market research and industry trends.
