Job Description

    Position: Telecaller (Education Outreach)Location: Surat - Adajan OfficeNumber of Vacancies: 6About the Role: RG International is seeking dynamic and results-driven Telecallers to join our educational outreach team.This role involves engaging with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to secure appointments and partnerships, paving the way for students to access global education opportunities.Key Responsibilities: Reach out to educational institutions via phone calls to introduce RG Internationals services. Schedule appointments with decision-makers to discuss potential collaborations. Maintain a record of calls and follow up as required. Work towards meeting or exceeding call and appointment targets. Provide feedback on outreach efforts to help refine engagement strategies.Working Hours: 6 days per week9:00 AM to 5:30 PMRemuneration: Salary range of 10,000 - 15,000, plus performance-based incentives.Qualifications: Excellent communication. skills with proficiency in English and local languages. Prior experience in telemarketing or telecalling, particularly in the education sector, is advantageous. Strong organizational skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
