You will work closely with developers and productteams to design and implement user-centered solutions that enhance user experience and alignwith our business objectives.Key Responsibilities:User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, gather insights, and performcompetitive analysis to inform design decisions and create user-centric designs. UX Design: Create wireframes, user flows, and mockups that clearly communicatedesign concepts, ensuring a seamless user experience. UI Design: Develop pixel-perfect user interfaces that are visually appealing, aligned withbrand guidelines, and optimized for both web and mobile applications. React.js Integration: Work closely with front-end developers to ensure designs arefeasible within the React.js framework and guide them in implementing the designsaccurately. Design Systems: Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across alldigital platforms and products. Prototyping & Testing: Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability tests torefine designs based on user feedback. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and otherstakeholders to ensure design ideas are properly executed. Design Handoff: Provide detailed design specifications and assets to developers,ensuring smooth handoffs and proper design implementation in React.js. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of UI/UX best practices, design trends, and advancementsin front-end technologies like React.js.Qualifications:Experience: 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 1-2 years workingwith front-end frameworks like React.js. Education: Bachelors degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), computerscience, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Technical Skills:Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Experience in React.js and a strong understanding of how front-end technologiesinteract with UI/UX designs. Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with prototyping tools and wireframing.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive designs. Strong attention to detail and ability to iterate on designs based on feedback.Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
