Job Description

    Job Description
    • Acquire new corporate clients (called Anchor Corporates) for Supply Chain Finance programs.
    • Build relationships with dealers, distributors, vendors, and suppliers associated with anchor corporates.
    • Promote SCF products such as:
      • Dealer/Channel Finance
      • Vendor/Supplier Finance
      • Receivable Finance/Factoring
    • Source new business and increase the banks SCF portfolio.
    • Analyze customers working capital requirements and recommend suitable financing solutions.
    • Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and risk teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
    • Monitor portfolio quality, customer repayments, and overdue accounts.
    • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
    • Meet monthly business targets related to disbursements, revenue, and asset quality. IndusInd Banks SCF business serves industries such as automotive, FMCG, steel, electronics, textiles, and consumer durables through dealer and vendor finance programs.
    Required Skills
    • Knowledge of Supply Chain Finance and Working Capital products.
    • Corporate Relationship Management.
    • Financial statement analysis.
    • Credit assessment and risk awareness.
    • Sales and business development.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    Eligibility
    • MBA (Finance/Marketing) or CA/B.Com/M.Com (depending on the role).
    • Typically 28 years of experience in banking, NBFCs, trade finance, or supply chain finance.

    • Loan disbursement targets.
    • Portfolio growth.
    • Collection efficiency and NPA control.
