The role involves servicing brokers, managing renewals, acquiring new business, and increasing the companys market penetration.Your Future EmployerA leading company in the insurance sector, committed to delivering high-quality services and expanding its presence across diverse business lines.Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly business targets for each insurance line (group health, Fire & Engineering, Liability, Marine, etc.).
  • Service existing brokers and intermediaries, ensuring timely renewals and business growth.
  • Reach out to new brokers and intermediaries to expand market reach.
  • Ensure service level TATs are met in line with distribution team requirements.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in the sales/marketing department within insurance companies or with key brokers, specifically in the Ahmedabad market.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
