Job Description

DGM - Regional Retail Sales - 009923Key Responsibilities

Manage Regional Sales, Growth of Diffused Business for the retail division in Home and Distribution Business Unit
Reach the growth ambition of bringing Schneider Electric amongst the Top 3 brands in retail segment
Establish new channels of growth: Home Automation and EV
Geographic Expansion: Expand the retail operations across India to Tier 2/3 cities
Build, Train, Motivate and Manage Sales Team
Build Sales Strategy and Implementation to the last mile
Develop business through by expanding channel and POS
Manage financial health of region
Carry Out multiple connect programs across the year to drive sales
Create, Run and settle schemes
Achieve profitability goals for the region
Drive & Manage the Channels and key Influencers, Distributors, Key Retailers & Electricians
Infuse the Retail DNA in the team
Create pull through POS Animation and demand generation actions like electrician meets, retailer meets, distributor meets

Team Size

Lead a direct team of 10 sales people and ~20 Feet on Street sales people
