  • No of opening: - 10
  • Shift Timing: - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Qualifications: - Graduate (Mandatory).
  • CTC: - Max Upto 2.40 LPA (Depending on past Salary, Experience and Interview).
Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, to ensure the timely and successful placement of qualified candidates.
  2. Job Posting: Create compelling job descriptions and manage job postings across various platforms to attract top-tier talent.
  3. Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  4. Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate the decision-making process with hiring managers.
  5. Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
 Eligibility Criteria: - 
  • Min 0-1 years of experience (Freshers are Most Welcome)
  • Exposure and basic understanding of HR Recruitement.
  • Strong desire to continuously learn
  • Excellent oral and Email communication.
  • Candidate should have a good English Communication.
  • Good with MS Office.
