Job Description

OFFERED CTC: negotiable pa approx ; depending upon current CTC , total & relevant years of experience , business volume , education background , interview status.Job Responsibilities:Responsible for expansion of the product & customer base; development of a strong brand value and building of an effective & efficient distribution network to achieve the respective business plan measuresKey responsibilities AccountabilitiesAccountabilities Business Outcomes:

  • To strategize and raise resources through Public Issue of NCDs / Private Placement of NCDs / CPs
  • To scan the market for potential new avenues & generate revenue from untapped markets; creating visibility through investors meet / conferences, communication of results updates etc
  • Building Relationships with Key Arrangers / Brokers / Intermediaries / Clients in their respective jurisdiction and areas
  • Retaining existing clients and activating inactive clients.
  • Monitor competition and industry trends and develop strong market intelligence network
Risk, Process & Compliance:
  • Oversee process adherence, TAT improvement & adherence to all stipulated policies & guidelines and ensure operational excellence for Retail Liability
  • Create Visibility & Sustainability by conducting Bond awareness Programme, Associates meeting etc.
People:
  • Manage self and team through the establishment of goal setting and review mechanisms to achieve the objectives of the function
  • Ensure effective career and succession planning for all positions in the department
  • Ensure adequate training of team members to be able to handle market dynamics and meet the requirements of the customers
  • Provide guidance, counselling and feedback to subordinates on their performance to ensure a motivated and committed team
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work.KPIs
  • PERCENT growth in revenue from each product lines
  • Target Vs. Actual resources Raised through various intermediaries
  • Target Vs. Actual portfolio growth as per business strategy
  • PERCENT deviation from overall process adherence
  • PERCENT use and implementation of technology
  • PERCENT adherence to PMS timelines and process for self and team
  • IDP & Target v/s Actual number and man-hours of trainings held during the yearSuccession Plan for Self and first line and its deployment
