Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3 years of experience in Power BI development.
Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our Data, Reporting & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, visualization techniques, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesPower BI Report Development

Develop & deliver reporting solutions, dashboards, and business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Develop standardized visualization tool, templates, and formats.
Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Customize and format visuals to enhance the overall user experience.
Apply Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) formulas and build optimum data model for reporting.
Integration of external data sources into Power BI reports.
Optimize Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability and performance.
Implement best practices for data visualization and report design.
Provide support and training to end-users on Power BI tools and functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies.
Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, external vendors, and other stakeholders to integrate various data sources.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the availability, scalability, and performance of data infrastructure & systems.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in data analytics.
Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare.
Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
