About Us: Finment Capital is a leading finance company. We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Representatives to join our growing team. As a Telesales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting our products/services, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Accurately maintain customer information, interactions, and sales details in the CRM system.Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, provide feedback, and contribute to overall sales strategy.
  • Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings sales opportunities and stay updated on industry developments through market research.
  • Handle customer objections and concerns professionally, seeking solutions to address their needs & build a strong relationship with clients for fulfilling future targets through their references.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of customer needs to make suitable recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Be able to achieve daily & monthly targets with respect to call volume & sales.
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal communication, convincing & negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.  
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or related fields is a plus.
